You’ll enjoy your meals in a warm, comfortable dining tent furnished with proper chairs and kept spotlessly clean for a relaxed dining experience. Menus vary from day to day, but here’s a general overview of what you can expect during your climb with HWS Adventures:

  • Breakfast usually starts with hot porridge, followed by eggs and sausages, toast with jams, and a selection of hot drinks such as coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. If altitude affects your appetite, just let your guide know—our team is happy to adjust portion sizes to suit your needs.
  • Lunch is typically a packed meal carried in your daypack, often including a boiled egg, sandwiches, grilled chicken, fresh fruit, and a juice drink. Upon arrival at camp, you’ll be welcomed with afternoon tea featuring popcorn, biscuits, peanuts, and plenty of warm beverages.
  • Dinner begins with a hot soup, then a satisfying main course like chicken or beef served with vegetables, rice, pasta, or potatoes. Fresh fruit is usually offered for dessert to finish the day on a light and refreshing note.

Even high on the mountain, we understand the comfort of familiar flavors, so you may notice well-known brands such as Nescafé, Nestlé, or Heinz being served during your meals.
